The typical mechanical parameters of S32750 pipe include: tensile strength ≥ 800MPa, yield strength ≥ 550MPa, elongation ≥ 15%, and hardness value controlled within 290HB. This high-strength characteristic allows its wall thickness design to be reduced by 30% compared to traditional austenitic steel pipes while maintaining the same pressure bearing capacity. The thermal conductivity coefficient is about 15W/m·K (at 100℃), and the thermal expansion coefficient is 13×10⁻⁶/K in the range of 20-100℃.

heat treatment of Stainless steel 2507 pipe
The key heat treatment process requires solution treatment at 1120-1150℃ and water quenching to ensure the ideal ratio of the two-phase structure.

ER2594 welding wire is recommended for welding processing, and the interlayer temperature is strictly controlled below 150℃.
Cold rolling of S32750 Tube
After welding, it is recommended to perform secondary solution treatment at 1070-1100℃ to eliminate the brittle phase in the heat affected zone of the welding. When cold forming, it is necessary to pay attention to the deformation not exceeding 15%, and perform intermediate annealing treatment if necessary.
