Super duplex 2507 pipe mechanical properties are very high, as they perform significantly better than austenitic or ferritic types of stainless steel. Because of the high content of molybdenum, nickel and chromium, they also contain a large amount of austenite stabilizing element nitrogen. The duplex microstructural phase, with its relatively strong and durable super duplex welded tubes. However, it is undeniable that the pressure bearing capacity of Super Duplex 2507 Seamless pipe is almost 20% higher than that of welded tubes, and the cost is also higher.
