Product Introduction

Inconel 601 tubing is known for its excellent high temperature resistance. It can withstand temperatures up to about 1250°C (2282°F) under continuous use conditions. In addition, it has good mechanical strength and oxidation resistance at high temperatures, and can resist corrosion caused by humid environments, making it suitable for use in heat treatment furnaces, aerospace components, and high temperature processing environments.

Alloy 601 Tubing Material Properties

1. Excellent oxidation resistance at high temperature
2. Very good resistance to carburization
3. Good resistance to sulfur atmosphere
4. Very good physical properties at both room temperature and high temperature
5. Due to the control of carbon composition and crystal size, it has very good resistance to intergranular corrosion cracking
6. 601 has a higher stress relaxation elongation at break, so it is strongly recommended to use 601 in industries above 500℃.
