Product Introduction

Hastelloy C276 tubing has excellent corrosion resistance, including resistance to sulfuric, hydrochloric and phosphoric acids. Excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking in marine environments. Resists oxidation at temperatures up to 1900°F (1038°C). The pipe can be welded, seamless or hot-formed, cold-formed, depending on the customer's alloy requirements. UNS N10276 pipe is widely used in chemical processing, pulp and paper, and heat exchangers.

Our HT PIPE manufacturers shall test each pipe by hydrostatic test or nondestructive electrical test in accordance with specification B829. Hydrostatic test may be performed at pressure greater than 1000 psi by agreement with the purchaser customer, provided the allowable fiber stress specified in B829 is not exceeded.
