Hastelloy C2000 Alloy Plate, also known as ASTM B575 UNS N06200 or 2.4675 alloy c-2000, this material has excellent corrosion resistance in both oxidizing and reducing environments including strong acids, chlorides, and sulfuric acid gases. Ideal for use in harsh chemical environments. Hastelloy C2000 plate is manufactured through smelting, casting, hot rolling, annealing, cold rolling, and other precision processes.

2.4675 UNS N06200 Composition
The composition of alloy C2000 plate is 23% molybdenum, 24% chromium, 0.3% iron, 16% nickel and 58% tungsten.
Alloy C-2000 Heat Treatment
Alloy C-2000 Ni-Cr-Mo alloy is not suitable for post-weld stress treatment at around 650 °C. Generally, heat treatment is not required after welding, but if stress is required, it is recommended to perform complete solution annealing at 1149 ° C, followed by water quenching.
