ASTM B423 UNS N08825 Pipe is a nickel-iron-chromium-copper alloy that resists oxidizing and reducing acids. 2.4858 Alloy 825 is also known for its excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of environments, including sulfuric acid and seawater. The presence of titanium makes Incoloy WERKSTOFF NR. 2.4858 material resistant to sensitization by grain boundary precipitates, improving resistance to intergranular corrosion.
