Product Introduction

Incoloy 800h plate has excellent resistance to oxidation, carburization and other forms of high temperature corrosion. Incoloy 800h plate can withstand temperatures up to 2000°F (1095°C) without any signs of deformation or failure, thanks to the high nickel content, chromium and iron additions, and controlled carbon and aluminum content. ASME SB 409 alloy 800h plate also has strong corrosion and oxidation resistance and is commonly used in heat exchangers, reactors in the chemical processing and petrochemical industries.

Incoloy 800 VS Incoloy 800H PLATE

Incoloy 800H is an improved version of Incoloy 800, it has a higher carbon content and is annealed at a higher temperature than Incoloy 800. This improves creep and rupture strength at high temperatures.
