Load-bearing tooling: Trays, baskets and fixtures made of Alloy 601 sheet show excellent deformation resistance in high-temperature processes such as carburizing and quenching at 1000-1150°C. Compared with traditional heat-resistant steel tooling, the service life can be increased by 3-5 times, significantly reducing the frequency of equipment shutdown and replacement.

Conveying mechanism: In the continuous heat treatment production line, the metal mesh belt and chain plate processed from Alloy 601 sheet have both high strength and good flexibility in high temperature environment, ensuring the smooth transmission of workpieces in the furnace and avoiding the elongation deformation problem caused by high-temperature creep of traditional materials.
