Manufactured via hot-rolled piercing or extrusion followed by precision cold drawing and cold rolling. This process yields tight dimensional tolerances, flawless surface finishes, and superior high-pressure performance.

 

S31254 Welded Pipe (ASTM A312 / ASTM B619)

Produced from high-quality steel strips or plates via automated longitudinal welding. We use advanced pulsed argon arc welding (TIG) paired with low heat inputs and specialized over-alloyed nickel-based filler metals (such as ERNiCrMo-3). This method eliminates thermal cracking and limits intergranular alloy segregation in the weld seam.

Critical Heat Treatment & Solution Annealing

All of our 254SMO piping undergoes rigorous solution annealing at 1149°C (2100°F) followed by a rapid water quench. This essential thermal processing dissolves harmful intermetallic phases, homogenizes key alloying elements, and fully restores maximum corrosion resistance before shipping.
