Hastelloy n10276 pipe fittings Core Performance Characteristics
Corrosion resistance: Hastelloy C276 elbows have exceptional resistance to both oxidizing and reducing acids, as well as chlorides, fluorides and other halide media. In 70% sulfuric acid, 40% boiling phosphoric acid and other strong acid environments, the annual corrosion rate is less than 0.1mm, in acidic solutions containing 200ppm chloride ions, the pitting potential is as high as 1.2V, and there is almost no stress corrosion cracking.
High-temperature stability: The elbows can maintain stable performance in the temperature range of -196℃ to 400℃, with a melting point of 1370℃, and can withstand high-temperature and high-pressure operating conditions, making them suitable for high-temperature industrial scenarios such as thermal power plants and nuclear energy systems.
Mechanical properties: They have high tensile strength (790MPa) and yield strength (355MPa), with an elongation rate of 40% and good ductility and toughness, which can bear large pressure and impact loads in piping systems.
Weldability: The ultra-low carbon and silicon content makes the alloy easy to weld, and can be processed by traditional welding processes such as tungsten inert gas welding (TIG) and plasma arc welding. The welded joint can still maintain excellent corrosion resistance without obvious performance degradation.

alloy c276 elbows Key Specifications
Size range: Seamless elbows cover 1/2" NB – 10" NB (DN6-DN100), and welded elbows cover 1/2" NB – 48" NB (up to DN1200), with a maximum size of 60" in some specifications.
Thickness grade: Sch5s, Sch10s, Sch20s, LG, Sch20, Sch30, STD, Sch40, Sch60, Sch80, SCH100, Sch120, Sch140, Sch160, SchXXS, etc..
Pressure rating: 150 class, 300 class, 600 class, 900 class, 1500 class, 2500 class, PN6, PN10, PN16, PN25, PN40, PN64, etc., with a maximum working pressure of 10MPa.
Structural type: According to the bending angle, there are 45-degree, 90-degree, 180-degree elbows, according to the radius, there are long-radius elbows (radius = 1.5 times the nominal diameter) and short-radius elbows (radius = nominal diameter). Long-radius elbows are suitable for scenarios requiring smooth flow and low pressure loss, while short-radius elbows are used in narrow spaces with limited installation space.
Production type: Seamless, welded and fabricated elbows, which can be customized according to engineering needs.
