Manufacturing process of stainless steel welded pipe:
1. Raw material preparation: Select qualified raw materials that meet the specifications for stainless steel pipes, including steel plates or steel strips.
2. Plate or strip making: Through the cutting and forming process, the raw material is cut into plates or strips of suitable width and length.
3. Edge preparation: Before preparing the welded joint, the edge of the plate or strip is prepared by planing, trimming, or machining to ensure the quality of the welded joint.
4. Welding: Use appropriate welding methods (such as TIG welding, and MIG welding) to connect the edges of the plate or strip to form a stainless steel welded pipe.
5. Post-processing: Post-processing of welded joints, such as annealing, pickling, mechanical polishing, etc., to eliminate welding stress and improve surface quality.
6. Testing: Ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing, etc. are performed on SS pipe welding to ensure product quality.
7. Spraying: The stainless steel welded tubes are sprayed to prevent oxidation, rust, and corrosion.
8. Packing: Pack the stainless steel welded pipe for transportation and storage.
