SS 321 Plate Sheet Strip has excellent resistance to oxidation and carburization and can be used up to 900°C in continuous service. The titanium content in AISI 321 helps prevent the formation of chromium carbides and has excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion. TP321 performs well in oxidizing environments but is less suitable for reducing or chloride-rich environments than the molybdenum-containing grade 316. S32100 Stainless Steel is suitable for heat exchangers, furnace components and exhaust systems.
