ASTM A240 310S Stainless Steel Coil has a higher chromium and nickel content, making it more heat resistant than other types of stainless steel. SS 1.4845 stainless steel grade can withstand temperatures up to 2100°F (1150°C) without thermal fatigue or deformation. Due to the high chromium content, ASTM A240 TP310S has excellent oxidation resistance and resists corrosion from most acids and bases.
