Introduction of Nickel Alloy 201 Pipe:
ASTM B161 UNS N02201 Nickel 201 Pipe is a high-quality nickel alloy pipe. This pipe is made of a nickel alloy that contains primarily nickel, with trace amounts of other metals such as copper and iron. The high nickel content of this alloy 201 provides excellent resistance to corrosion and high-temperature oxidation, making ni 200 material an ideal choice for chemical processing, power generation, or oil and gas exploration industry applications in harsh environments.
2.4061 Nickel 201 is a low-carbon version of Nickel 200 and is known for its excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in reducing environments. This nickel alloy 201 pipe is suitable for various applications in industries such as chemical processing, electronics, and aerospace. 2.4068 Nickel 201 is a variation of 200 to control carbon (0.2 maximum) so that it will not be embrittled by intergranular precipitates at temperatures from 600° F to 1400° F in many processes. Typically, the elemental limits of Nickel 200 and Nickel 201 are combined into a dual certified chemistry, resulting in a single alloy with the desired properties of both alloys, Nickel 200/201.
The ASTM B161 UNS N02201 specification covers seamless nickel and nickel alloy pipes, which are classified into several types based on their chemical composition, grain size, and mechanical properties. The most common type of ASTM B161 UNS N02201 seamless Pipe is the annealed, or soft pipe, which has a high ductility and excellent cold workability. Other types of ASTM B161 Nickel 201 pipes include the cold-drawn, or hard pipe, and the stress-relieved pipe, which is designed to reduce residual stresses within the pipe.

Made Fabrication of Nickel 201
All hot and cold working practices can be used when shaping Nickel alloy 200 201. Hot working nickel 200 tube temperatures should be between 1200° F and 2250° F, and heavy forming should be performed at temperatures above 1600° F. Annealing should be performed at a temperature between 1300° F and 1600° F.
