Hastelloy X UNS N06002 is a high-temperature nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum alloy that is commonly used in the aerospace industry. Hastelloy X Chemical Composition
Hastelloy X alloy consists of approximately 47% nickel, 22% chromium, 18.5% iron, 9% molybdenum, and 1.5% silicon. It also contains small amounts of manganese, phosphorus, sulfur, and carbon.
UNS N06002 Properties
UNS N06002 material has a density of 8.22 g/cm3 and a melting point of 1280-1350℃. It has a high-temperature strength of up to 870℃ and excellent oxidation resistance in temperatures up to 982℃. This material also has good fabricability and weldability.
