Exported ASTM A479 UNS S32750 F53 Round Bar
Recently, our company exported a batch of 150mm super duplex UNS S32750 round bars to Indonesia. 150mm is a large diameter suitable for heavy-duty applications such as shafts, gears and mechanical parts. Super duplex 1.4410 has a high PREN (pitting resistance equivalent number), usually over 40, and has excellent pitting resistance in chlorides. ASTM A479 S32750 also has excellent impact strength, resistance to stress corrosion cracking, and is suitable for high pressure conditions.
1. UNS S32750 F53 Round Bar Composition:
- Chromium (Cr): 24-26%
- Nickel (Ni): 6-8%
- Molybdenum (Mo): 3-5%
- Nitrogen (N): 0.24-0.32%
- Other Elements: Manganese, Silicon, Copper and Very Low Carbon (C ≤ 0.03%)
2. ASTM A276 S32750 Mechanical Properties:
- Yield Strength: Approximately 550 MPa (almost twice the yield strength of standard austenitic stainless steels such as 316)
- Tensile Strength: Approximately 800 MPa
- Elongation: Approximately 15-20%
