Large-diameter super duplex stainless steel pipes require strict control throughout manufacturing, inspection and delivery.
For this order, the SAF 2507 pipes include dimensions up to 60 inches in diameter and lengths of up to 6,000 mm. These products are designed to meet demanding project requirements where corrosion resistance, mechanical strength and long-term reliability are essential.
The supply scope includes a substantial quantity of 60-inch SAF 2507 pipe with a 9.53 mm wall thickness, as well as 52-inch and 36-inch large-diameter pipes.
SAF 2507 Flanges and Blind Flanges
The export package also includes a variety of SAF 2507 flanges and blind flanges.
The flange supply includes 3/4-inch and 1-inch socket weld raised-face flanges rated at Class 150.

Carbon Steel Flanges and Pipes
In addition to the SAF 2507 super duplex stainless steel products, the order includes several SA-105 carbon steel flanges.
The carbon steel flange package covers sizes from 2 inches to 60 inches, including slip-on flanges and large-diameter flanges manufactured according to AWWA C207 Class D requirements with a 125 PSI pressure rating.
The order also includes 24-inch SA-106 Grade B carbon steel pipe, providing an additional material solution within the overall piping package.
Stainless Steel 316 Components
To meet the complete project requirements, the export order also includes several 316 stainless steel piping components.

2-inch SA-182 F316 slip-on raised-face flanges
3-inch × 2-inch SA-403 WP316 concentric reducers
2-inch SA-312 TP316 pipe in Schedule 10S
