48" Large Diameter SS 254 SMO Welded Pipe contains high levels of Mo (minimum 6%), Chromium and Nitrogen, providing excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking. SS 254 SMO Welded Pipe is manufactured using advanced welding techniques to ensure clean seams. Welding Methods: TIG, MIG or Laser Welding. ASTM A312 UNS S31254 is ideal for use in harsh environments such as chemical processing, offshore engineering and power plants.
