Product Introduction

Alloy 316Ti is a derivative of 316 grade stainless steel. 316Ti stainless steel pipes are stabilized with the addition of titanium to improve its resistance to high temperature and intergranular corrosion. Chromium grain boundary precipitates start to form between temperatures of 900 °F to about 1500 °F, making it more resistant to sensitization than 304. It also has excellent resistance to acids, alkalis, and oxidation. Mechanical tests such as transverse or longitudinal tensile tests and flattening tests are performed on ASTM A312 TP316ti by our suppliers.
