Stainless Steel 316L Mod Pipe is a modified version of 316L stainless steel, also known as 316L urea grade. Its chemical composition has been adjusted and improved on the basis of 316L stainless steel, with lower carbon content and higher molybdenum content. It has better corrosion resistance, especially effective in resisting chloride ion corrosion, and also has better resistance to stress corrosion cracking. UREA 316LMod can maintain stable performance in high temperature environment, is not easy to deform, desulfurize and oxidize, and is suitable for high temperature applications.

316LMod SS Seamless Pipe Heat Treatment:
Heat the material to a sufficiently high temperature, usually between 1050°C and 1150°C, so that it enters the solution. Keep it for a certain time. Then carry out rapid cooling, such as water quenching or air cooling, to form a uniform grain structure.
