Product Introduction

317L Stainless Steel Plate contains molybdenum and has enhanced resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion in the presence of chlorides and sulfuric acid, acidic chlorine and phosphoric acid compared to the 304 basic chromium-nickel alloy. SS 317L Plate is a low carbon grade of 317 with only 0.03% carbon, making it more resistant to sensitivity during welding or heat treatment.
