S31803 Duplex Stainless Steel Sheet composition includes 20% chromium, 3% molybdenum, 6% nickel, 0.2% nitrogen, etc. A two-phase microstructure consisting of ferrite and austenite phases. It has good resistance to sulfide stress corrosion and high resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, such as seawater, acidic and alkaline media, etc. Due to the addition of nitrogen to the alloy, the yield strength value of duplex 1.4462 exceeds 450MPa, which is twice the yield strength of austenitic stainless steel 316L and 317L.
