Incoloy 800 UNS N08800 Pipe is stable at high temperatures. ASTM B407 UNS N08800 is annealed at 1800°F for 15 minutes per ASTM B407 specification. Alloy 800 has excellent resistance to carburization. Carburization generally weakens the strength, oxidation and sulfidation resistance of many conventional steel grades. Nickel Alloy 800 is extremely resistant to corrosion, even in sour environments. However, for high temperature applications requiring optimum rupture and creep properties, alloys 800H and 800HT are available. Both are available from our suppliers.
