Chemical Composition of Incoloy 825 Pipe
The main components (by weight percentage) are as follows: Nickel (Ni): 38.0-46.0%, Chromium (Cr): 19.5-23.5%, Iron (Fe): balance, Molybdenum (Mo): 2.5-3.5%, Copper (Cu): 1.5-3.0%, Titanium (Ti): 0.6-1.2%, Manganese (Mn): ≤1.0%, Silicon (Si): ≤0.5%, Carbon (C): ≤0.05%, Phosphorus (P): ≤0.03%, Sulfur (S): ≤0.015%.
Physical Properties of alloy 825 seamless tube
Density: 8.14 g/cm³. Melting point range: 1370-1400°C. Coefficient of thermal expansion (20-100°C): 15.1 × 10⁻⁶ /°C. Thermal conductivity (100°C): 15.1 W/(m·K). Electrical resistivity (20°C): 890 × 10⁻⁹ Ω·m. These physical properties determine the pipe's performance in high-temperature and thermal cycling environments.
Mechanical Properties Incoloy n08825
Tensile strength: ≥450 MPa. Yield strength (0.2% offset): ≥205 MPa. Elongation: ≥30%. Hardness (HB): ≤202. The mechanical properties ensure that Incoloy 825 pipe can withstand certain pressure and mechanical loads in industrial applications, and its good ductility facilitates processing and installation.
