Composition ratio of AISI Incoloy 825 alloy

Chemical composition: Nickel (38%-46%) provides basic corrosion resistance, chromium (19%-23.5%) enhances oxidation resistance, molybdenum (2.5%-3.5%) and copper (1.5%-3%) synergistically improve acidic medium corrosion resistance, and titanium (0.1%-0.6%) inhibits intergranular corrosion.

Physical properties: Density 8.14 g/cm³, melting point 1370-1400°C, thermal expansion coefficient 13.5×10⁻⁶/°C (20-1000°C), giving it excellent thermal stability.

Mechanical properties: Room temperature tensile strength 550-750 MPa, yield strength 220-450 MPa, elongation ≥30%. At high temperature (550°C), the tensile strength remains ≥450 MPa, and the creep strength (600°C) reaches 137 MPa.
