HT PIPE is a supplier of Incoloy Nickel Alloy 800/800H/800HT Plate Sheet. UNS N08810/N08811 is designed to resist oxidation and carburization, and has higher creep and stress rupture properties than Alloy N08800.

Incoloy 800 VS 800H VS 800HT
- Compared to 1.4876 Nickel Alloy 800 Plate, the carbon content in Incoloy 800H is (0.05–0.10%) and Alloy 800HT is (0.06–0.10%). Alloy 800HT also has additions of up to 1.0% Al and Ti.
- Alloys 800H/800HT are high temperature annealed to an average grain size of ASTM 5 or coarser. If the application involves prolonged exposure to temperatures of 1290°F (700°C), Incoloy N08810 material should be used.
Alloy 800 800H 800HT Heating and Annealing
- Heating must be done in a low sulfur atmosphere. Open heating must be performed using low sulfur fuel. The furnace atmosphere must be maintained in a reducing state.
- Alloy 800H/800HT can be bright annealed in dry pure hydrogen.
