ASME SB 409 UNS N08811 Plate has 30-35% nickel, 19-23% chromium, and greater than 39.5% iron. Nickel Alloy 800HT Sheet is stabilized by titanium and has excellent creep strength at temperatures up to 1290 degrees Fahrenheit. Incoloy 800HT Sheet will not become brittle even when used for extended periods of time in the 1200-1600 degrees Fahrenheit (600 degrees Celsius) range. Incoloy Alloy 800ht Sheet is welded and processed in accordance with standard shop fabrication processes and can be solution hardened, work hardened, and precipitation hardened.
