ASME SB 444 UNS N06625 Industrial Pipe can be used in a temperature range from cryogenic to 1800°F (982°C). WNR 2.4856 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy known for its excellent strength and excellent corrosion resistance in a variety of harsh environments.

2.4856 Alloy 625 Welded & Seamless Pipe Fabrication
- Machining: Can be machined using conventional methods, but requires tooling designed for high-nickel alloys due to its high strength.
- Welding: Easily welded using techniques such as TIG, MIG, and SMAW. Matching filler metals, such as AWS ERNiCrMo-3, are recommended to maintain corrosion resistance.
- Heat Treatment: Solution annealing at 2150°F (1177°C) followed by rapid quenching can enhance the material's mechanical properties.
