Inconel 600 pipe is a chromium-nickel alloy. It has strong resistance to heat, corrosion and oxidation. It is designed for temperatures up to 2000°F and down to cryogenic levels. Nickel 600 pipe ranges from 4mm to 219mm (seamless pipe), 5 to 1219.2mm (welded pipe and EFW pipe). Alloy 600 seamless pipe is produced by cold rolling process with high dimensional accuracy. The material has a minimum yield strength of 310MPa and a minimum tensile strength of 655MPa.

Inconel 600 Heat Treatment
Inconel 600 is a high-temperature alloy. The heat treatment process includes solution treatment (1093°C), quenching, and precipitation hardening treatment (982°C). Solution treatment eliminates intergranular phases, quenching prevents their regeneration, and precipitation hardening increases hardness and strength.
