Inconel 601 Pipe

Inconel 601 pipe is a solid solution nickel-chromium alloy with added aluminum and titanium, which has excellent high temperature strength and resistance to oxidation and other corrosive elements. The tensile strength of ASTM B167 alloy 601 seamless pipe is 80,000 psi 550 MPa. The yield strength is 30,000 psi 205 MPa. Inconel 601 is available in a variety of forms, including bars, wires, plates and pipes, and can also be processed into pipe fittings such as elbows, tees, reducers and flanges.

Advantages of alloy 601 Pipe

• Corrosion Resistance: Inconel 601 is particularly useful in areas where sulfur dioxide and other sulfur-containing gases often cause acid rain. 2.4851 material also has excellent resistance to nitriding and carburization.
