Inconel 718(UNS N07718, 2.4668) refers to a nickel-based high-temperature alloy known for its excellent high strength, high temperature resistance and excellent corrosion resistance. In718 is mainly composed of nickel (50-55%), chromium (17-21%), niobium (4.75-5.5%) and molybdenum (2.8-3.3%), with a small amount of titanium and aluminum added, which significantly improves the mechanical properties. unsn07718 has a very wide operating temperature range and can maintain stability in extreme environments from -423°F to 1300°F (-253°C to 704°C), especially at high temperatures.
