About Nickel 201 Round Bar
1000mm Nickel 201 (UNS N02201 / 2.4061/2.4068) Hollow Round Bar is a high performance nickel alloy. Alloy 201 is a commercially pure wrought nickel with high corrosion resistance, known for its excellent resistance to corrosive environments, especially alkalis and strong reducing chemicals. The diameters are custom made by our suppliers based on project requirements, all in accordance with ASTM B160 Nickel Bar and Rod standards.
Nickel 201 UNS N02201 Corrosion Resistance:
Excellent resistance to strong alkalis and neutral alkaline salt solutions.
Alloy 201 Heat Resistance:
Maintains strength and structure at high temperatures; suitable for applications up to 600°C (1112°F).
Nickel 201 Vs. Nickel 200
Nickel Alloy 201 has a lower carbon content (compared to Nickel 200), which improves its performance at high temperatures and reduces the risk of embrittlement.
