The room temperature yield strength ≥345MPa is 40% higher than that of 316L, while maintaining an elongation of ≥30%, and the yield strength retention rate at 200℃ is over 85%. The cold forming ability is particularly outstanding, and the minimum bending radius only needs 3 times the pipe diameter, which is 40% smaller than 316L. The hot working window is locked in the safe range of 870-1177℃ to avoid the risk of σ phase precipitation.

The optimized process makes the corrosion resistance of the welded joint reach more than 95% of the parent material, and the post-weld heat treatment process is exempted.
