1. Incoloy 800 UNS N08800 Chemical Composition:
- Nickel (Ni): 30.0-35.0%
- Iron (Fe): 39.5% min
- Chromium (Cr): 19.0-23.0%
- Aluminum (Al): 0.15-0.60%
- Titanium (Ti): 0.15-0.60%
- Carbon (C) for Incoloy 800: 0.10% max
- Carbon (C) for Incoloy 800H: 0.05-0.10%
- Other elements such as manganese, sulfur, and silicon in small quantities.
2. ASTM B407 UNS N08800 Mechanical Properties:
- Tensile Strength: 75 ksi (517 MPa) minimum (at room temperature)
- Yield Strength (0.2% Offset): 30 ksi (207 MPa) minimum (at room temperature)
- Elongation: 30% minimum (in 2 inches or 50 mm).

- Melting Point: 1350-1400°C (2462-2552°F)

6. Incoloy 800 Temperature Limits:
- Incoloy 800 is typically used in applications up to about 1100°C (2012°F).
