ASTM B575 SB575 N10276 Plate is a wrought nickel-chromium-molybdenum material that alleviates welding issues (very low carbon and silicon content). HASTELLOY C276 alloy is ductile and easy to form and weld. Due to the high chromium and molybdenum content, UNS N10276 material is resistant to oxidizing and non-oxidizing acids. HC276 is a nickel alloy that has excellent resistance to reducing acids, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, brine solutions, oxidizing chlorides and hot seawater. Additionally, ASTM B575 UNS N10276 Sheet offers strong resistance to sulfide stress cracking in sour oilfield environments.

ASME SB575 N10276 Plate offers excellent resistance to a wide range of chemical process environments including thermally contaminated mineral acids, ferric and cupric chlorides, solvents, chlorine and chlorine contamination (organic and inorganic), dry chlorine, acetic anhydride, formic and acetic acids, seawater and brine solutions, chlorine dioxide solutions and hypochlorites.
