Hastelloy C276 UNS N10276 is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium-iron-tungsten nickel-based alloy developed by the American Special Metals Company in 1965. It is designed to solve the problem of material failure in highly corrosive media. It has now become a mature material for dealing with extreme corrosive environments.

Physical Properities of Hastelloy C276
UNS N10276 has a density of 8.64g/cm³, a melting point of 1325-1370℃, a room temperature thermal conductivity of about 10.8W/(m・K), a linear expansion coefficient of about 11.3×10⁻⁶/℃ at 20-100℃, and a room temperature elastic modulus of about 210GPa. These properties enable it to be used stably in high temperature, temperature fluctuations, and scenes requiring compact structures.

In hydrochloric acid, the corrosion rate is extremely low at any concentration and temperature.
In sulfuric acid, the corrosion resistance is good in dilute sulfuric acid and medium and high concentrations.
In nitric acid, it is almost not corroded at medium and low concentrations and room temperature, phosphoric acid and hydrofluoric acid can also effectively resist in common concentrations and temperature ranges.
