Performance in Typical Corrosive Environments
Chloride SCC: S31803 significantly outperforms 316L, while S32750 resists even high-temperature (>80°C), high-chloride (>20,000 ppm) environments like raw seawater systems.
Acidic media: In sour service, S32750's H₂S resistance exceeds S32750 by 30-40% in critical stress values, making it preferred for highly sour oil/gas fields.
Inorganic acids: S31803 performs well in moderate acid concentrations/temperatures. S32750 withstands higher concentrations/temperatures, especially in industrial-grade acids with impurity ions.

ss 2205 and 2507 plate Temperature adaptability
S31803 risks 475°C embrittlement above 250°C during prolonged use.
S32750 offers better microstructural stability at high temperatures.
Hot forming of Stainless steel S31803 and S32750 sheet
S31803: Recommended hot working temperature range is 900-1180°C, and the final working temperature should not be lower than 900°C.
S32750: Due to the higher alloy content, the hot working window is narrower (980-1150°C), and the final working temperature should be ≥950°C.
cold forming of Stainless steel S31803 and S32750 strip
S31803: Allows moderate deformation, the minimum bending radius can reach 2 times the plate thickness, suitable for cold roll forming.
S32750: Due to high strength and low ductility, a larger bending radius (≥3 times the plate thickness) is required, and a slow, progressive forming process is recommended.
