ASTM B161 UNS N02201 pipe has high nickel content (over 99%). Nickel 200 seamless pipe has excellent resistance to localized corrosion and excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking. Fabrication of ASME SB 161 N02200 Tubes

All hot and cold working practices can be used when shaping Nickel 201. Hot working alloy 200 pipe temperatures should be between 1200° F and 2250° F, and heavy forming should be performed at temperatures above 1600° F. Annealing should be performed at a temperature between 1300° F and 1600° F.
