S31803 Duplex Stainless Steel Plate combines the most beneficial properties of ferrite and austenite, giving it high strength and corrosion resistance. The plate includes a chemical composition of chromium, molybdenum and nickel, which has good resistance to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking. DIN 1.4462 stainless steel is about twice as strong as ordinary austenitic or ferritic stainless steel.
