SS 310 Plate

SS 310 Plate is an austenitic steel used for high temperature applications. Used above 1000 degrees Celsius in continuous applications and above 1150 degrees Celsius in intermittent service. This grade contains 25% chromium and 20% nickel, UNS S31000 exhibits excellent resistance to carburizing and nitriding environments, as well as oxidizing atmospheres. Material SS 310 also has significant strength and wear resistance. SA 240 310 is an excellent choice for applications such as heat exchangers and kilns.
