Advantages of S32750 pipe

S32750 steel pipe High strength

The yield strength (≥550 MPa) is more than twice that of 304/316L austenitic steel (≥205 MPa), close to the upper limit of 2205 (≥450 MPa). It allows thinning of wall thickness, reducing material usage and system weight, or bearing higher pressure at the same wall thickness.

2507 pipe High toughness and good ductility

Better than ferritic stainless steel and ordinary duplex steel, especially in low temperature environments.

s32750 tube corrosion resistance

Resistance to stress corrosion cracking (SCC): It performs much better than austenitic stainless steel (such as 304, 316L) in chloride-containing environments and is the preferred material for solving SCC problems.

Pitting/crevice corrosion: PREN >40, excellent performance in high temperature and high chloride (such as seawater, brine)

Stress corrosion cracking (SCC): Highly resistant in severe tests such as boiling magnesium chloride solution

Uniform corrosion: Excellent performance in a wide range of acidic media (such as dilute sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, organic acids), especially thanks to the addition of Cu 316L, 2205 (in sulfuric acid)
