Product Introduction

Super Duplex 1.4410, is characterized by a balanced dual-phase microstructure comprising approximately 50% austenite and 50% ferrite. The combination of high chromium, molybdenum, and nitrogen content provides exceptional resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion cracking. It exhibits a tensile strength typically in the range of 750-930 MPa (megapascals). EN 1.4410 maintains excellent performance over a broad temperature range, typically from -50°C to about 300°C. It has a low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE), approximately 13 x 10^-6/°C.
