2.4603 Hastelloy G30 plate, also known as UNS N06030, is a high-performance nickel-chromium-iron-molybdenum-copper alloy designed for excellent corrosion resistance in complex environments. Alloy G30 offers exceptional resistance to a broad range of corrosive environments, including wet process phosphoric acid, nitric acid, and highly oxidizing acids. It is particularly effective in reducing the risk of stress corrosion cracking and localized attack. Used in components like heat exchangers, reaction vessels, evaporators, and transfer piping that are exposed to highly corrosive environments.
