Hastelloy C-2000 UNS N06200 has intentionally added copper for enhanced resistance to sulfuric acid. The 2.4675 Alloy C2000 Strip also has a higher chromium content for resistance to oxidizing chemicals and processes contaminated by iron ions and dissolved oxygen. It offers excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking compared to C-276 alloy.
