Alloy C2000 UNS N06200 Plate is made of NiCrMo alloy containing copper. Hastelloy C2000 prevents stress corrosion cracking and corrosion from different types of chemicals such as sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid. Unlike other Hastelloy alloys, Nickel Alloy C2000 also resists oxidizing and reducing conditions. Hastelloy C-type alloys are traditionally used in chemical processing, so they resist strong acid corrosion and can prevent corrosion by chlorides and other halide media.
