Product Introduction

Alloy 718 tube is a nickel-chromium alloy with a chemical composition of 50.5% nickel, 18.6% chromium, 3% molybdenum, 5.1% niobium, 0.9% titanium, 0.5% aluminum and other trace elements. Alloy 718 is known for its excellent mechanical properties at both high and low temperatures and excellent resistance to corrosion and oxidation. Nickel alloy 718 can withstand temperatures up to 1300°C (2372°F). Typically, Inconel 718 can withstand temperatures up to about 700°C (about 1300°F) to 800°C (about 1470°F) in continuous use.

Alloy 718 Tube Hot Work Process

Our manufacturer produces alloy unsn07718 pipe, adjusted to the appropriate hot processing temperature of 1120-900℃, the cooling method is water quenching, and annealing should be done in time after hot processing to ensure performance. During hot processing, the material is heated to the upper limit of the processing temperature to ensure plasticity during processing. The final processing temperature when the deformation reaches 20% is not less than 960℃.
