Inconel 625 exhaust tubing is a nickel-based high temperature alloy with good tensile and fatigue properties from ultra-low temperature to 980℃. It has good resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion in fluoride substances. It has good resistance to strong oxidizing agent corrosion, such as sodium cyanide, phosphoric acid, calcium, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, etc. It is commonly used in exhaust systems of aircraft, gas turbines, chemical processing plants and other high-performance applications where reliability and service life are critical.

Factory Inconel 625 Heat Treatment Process

The heat treatment temperature range is 1150℃~900℃, and the cooling method is water quenching or other rapid cooling methods.
In order to obtain better mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, annealing should be carried out after heat treatment.
Heat treatment is carried out in the high temperature section within the required temperature range. When the alloy 625 material temperature drops below the heat treatment temperature, it must be heated again.
