Manufacturing and processing of Stainless steel 316lmod
Forming process of 1.4435 pipe
mainly cold rolling, balancing work hardening and structural uniformity through multiple rolling and intermediate annealing (solid solution treatment at 1050-1150℃). Hot forming should avoid staying in the sensitization range of 450-850℃ to prevent carbide precipitation.
Welding specification of ss316lmod tube
TIG welding or laser welding is recommended, using ER316L Mod or ERNiCrMo-3 welding wire, controlling heat input ≤1.5 kJ/mm, and interlayer temperature ≤100℃. Pickling and passivation (nitric acid-hydrofluoric acid mixture) are required after welding to restore the surface passivation film.
