Product Introduction

Monel 400 pipe contains about 67% nickel and 23% copper, along with small amounts of iron, manganese, and silicon. It is highly resistant to a variety of corrosive environments, including seawater, hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, and more. Suitable for temperatures ranging from sub-zero to 1,000°F (538°C), UNS N04400 pipe has a high melting point of 1350°C. This makes Monel Alloy 400 ideal for chemical processing, offshore engineering, and oil and gas extraction.
