2507 Stainless Steel Sheet Production Process and Size

• Raw material preparation: Select high-quality ferroalloys and additives that meet the chemical composition requirements.
• Melting: Heat the raw materials to high temperature and melt them to form alloy liquid.
• Continuous casting: The molten alloy liquid is injected into the crystallizer of the continuous casting machine to form a slab.

Possible Alternative Grades and Duplex 2507 Sheet

• 2205: "Lower cost and better availability of 2205 are desired, and lower corrosion resistance and strength are acceptable."
• 6%Mo:  "Higher ductility is required for this austenitic grade, while lower strength is acceptable. Corrosion resistance is similar in many environments but needs to be considered on a case-by-case basis."
